  • By Appointment Only To schedule a massage appointment, simply book online! (Sorry, we do not accept walk-ins.)

  • Payment Methods A Credit Card is required to book all appointments. Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Cancellations and Changes Please cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Log in to Reschedule or Cancel.

  • Late Cancellations 50% payment is due for cancellation, no shows or appointment changes with less than 24 hours notice.

  • Running Late If you are unexpectedly running a few minutes late for an appointment, TEXT a message to 707-246-3677.

  • Arrive About 5-10 Minutes Early  Sessions are by appointment only. The entrance to the office building remains locked outside of scheduled appointment times. Arriving within the 5-10 minute window prior to your appointment ensures that I will be available to greet you when you arrive, and will be ready to start your session. When you arrive, dial “01” on the keypad and you will be buzzed into the building. Suite 1 will be on your left on the first floor.

  • Privacy Your privacy is important. Details of our work together are confidential, and I comply with HIPPA privacy standards.

  • Gratuities/Tipping Please, no tipping for your self treatment at Bravebird. Consider your gratuity to be included in your treatment price. Referrals and any positive reviews are preferred and deeply appreciated.

  • Referral Program For every 3 clients you refer to Bravebird, you receive a free session!

  • Educators Discount Bravebird proudly offers a 10% discount on all sessions for teachers and educators within the Bay Area. I ask that you kindly provide proof of a work email address that lets me know which school you work for.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)

  • Do I have to be pregnant to receive a massage at Bravebird Bodywork? Though I specialize in prenatal and postnatal massage and bodywork, my practice is dedicated to helping ALL women throughout the lifespan.

  • What should I do to get ready for my massage? Arrive 5-10minutes early, to start the relaxation process and discuss with your therapist any goals you have for the session. For example, you would like to address a specific shoulder pain or want relaxing full body massage. Eating something light and being hydrated is recommended. Lastly, cellphones should be put on “Do not disturb,” so that you can fully enjoy your session without interruption.

  • Will I be fully undressed? Typically, clients are not clothed while receiving bodywork. However, you can dress down to your comfort level. Please note that proper draping techniques are always used so that clients feel comfortable, secure and able to fully enjoy their treatment without feeling exposed.

  • What activities can I engage in after my massage? Drink water, eat and take it easy for the day (if possible). You’ve just taken the time to pamper yourself, make sure you enjoy the chance to enjoy that feeling.

  • Can I be massaged in the first trimester? Yes! it is safe to receive massage in all stages of pregnancy as long as your therapist is specifically trained to massage pregnant women, which, I’m happy to express that I am.

  • I’m close to my due date. Is it safe to receive massage during this time? It is safe to receive massage throughout all stages of pregnancy. This means you can receive massage on your due date and even pass your due date. Massage is very beneficial at this time as it may assist in the labor process.
