Client Safety Protocols

  • If clients have recently experienced any of the following, please reschedule your appointment.

    • Have you been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a doctor or a local public health official in the last 14 days?

    • Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory problem)?

    • Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?

  • Please do not arrive more than 5min early or stay after your appointment.

  • Maintain social distancing while not receiving massage.

  • Clients are have the option to wear a face mask during appointments. Your therapist will wear a face mask for the entirety of the session at your request.

  • Clients, please wash or disinfect hands upon arrival.

  • Hand Sanitizer is provided within the treatment room for clients

  • Frequent disinfection of the treatment room and communal spaces will take place after each treatment session using EPA-Registered disinfectant that is effective against COVID-19.

  • Fresh linens are provided for each and every client.

  • In addition to washing hands before and after the treatment, therapists may use alcohol-based sanitizer within the treatment room before the massage begins, during the massage when the therapists comes into contact with anything that may be contaminated, and directly after the massage has ended.

  • Air conditioning and an Air Purifier will be on for the duration of the session to offer proper air circulation within the room.

  • Clients are recommended to wash or sanitize after their session.

  • If clients prefer contactless payment, please have updated payment information included within the Acuity booking portal before your session.
